1981 Volvo DL, GL and GLT Replacing sealed beam headlamp units 1. Press the two plastic screws down and turn them 1/4 turn and remove them. 2. Lift up the rim slightly and remove it forwards. 3. Remove the Phillips screws and rim. Lift out the headlamp unit. 4. Disconnect the socket contact. Installation is done by reversing the procedure.
